Information we collect from you

 

We will collect and process the following categories of data about you:

  • Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on this Site, interacting with the Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you sign up to our newsletter service, make an enquiry about our products and services or contact customer services. You will be free to withdraw your consent at any time, your personal contact data will be removed from the site once the enquiry has been processed.

  • Analytics. Our Site uses Wix.com Analytics to collect information about how visitors use the Site. When we receive this data, it is anonymised.

Where we store your personal data

 

All information that you provide to us is stored in a secure, encrypted format.  We keep this information four our own records for up to 6 years following a purchase or 1 year for any other reason. We will take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with this policy, including (without limitation):

  • Installing a secure firewall;

  • Using anti-virus protection software;

  • Encrypting data; and

  • Carrying out regular back-ups.

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to the Site, and any such transmission is at your own risk.  Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

 

 

Your rights

 

You have the following rights under law in respect of your personal information:
