Delivery Information
Deliveries to the UK
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of you placing your order but sometimes this takes a little longer. If you need your item by a certain time, you should contact us before placing your order.

All of our items are dispatched with Royal Mail and will need to be signed for* upon receipt. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order because no one was in, they will leave you a card letting you know how to get your order or to arrange a re-delivery.

Because some of the items we sell are significantly bigger or smaller than others, we offer different prices depending on the size of the item(s) in your order. Where your order contains multiple items you will only be charged once for delivery at the highest rate. This is automatically calculated at the checkout.

Delivery times to very remote/rural areas may vary. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
